I am a nanny/babysitter at Sittercity, where I provide childcare services to families in the area. I have been working in this role for two months, and I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for the children I care for. I also have experience in security protocols, as I ensure the protection of the children's personal information and follow the safety guidelines of Sittercity and the families. Before joining Sittercity, I was a clinical records clerk at Northwest Allied Physicians, LLC, for almost a year. I collaborated with physicians, nurses, and other staff to collect, organize, and update records, as well as to comply with federal and state regulations. I also communicated with vendors and external agencies to facilitate the transfer, retrieval, and storage of records. I developed skills in needs assessment and vendor coordination, as I identified and addressed the records management needs of our customers and partners. I am passionate about providing quality care and service, and I am always looking for ways to improve our records management system.
