As a Quality Assurance Analyst at True Rx Health Strategists, I contribute to the company's mission of providing innovative and cost-effective pharmacy benefit management solutions. I work with a team of analysts and developers to test, monitor, and improve the quality and performance of the software products and services that True Rx offers to its clients. I use my customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and to resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the testing and delivery process.I have a strong educational background in business administration, with a focus on human resources. I completed my MBA in HR from the University of Southern Indiana in 2021, where I learned how to manage and motivate employees, design and implement compensation and benefit plans, and comply with legal and ethical standards. I also hold a BBA in Marketing, MIS, and Management from Indiana State University, where I gained knowledge and skills in various aspects of business operations, such as data analysis, strategic planning, and project management. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana State University, to further enhance my analytical and financial skills and to prepare for a career in the accounting field. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to add value and quality to any organization I work for.
