Program Manager
Current-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and objectives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.-Develop and implement comprehensive staffing programs that align with client goals, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition initiatives.-Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of staffing programs.-Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.-Track and analyze program performance, key metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement, cost-efficiency, and compliance with client contracts and service level agreements.-Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as employment laws and industry standards, and provide regular reports and updates to clients on program performance and achievements.-President's Club 2021 & 2022
