*To effectively execute the agreed sales plan by reaching target and goal for cardiovascular range of products*Implement account management and product sales strategies to ensure goal are achieved *Build and manage key accounts*Resolve cost issue and resources problem*Develop brand loyalty among target customers*Identify new business opportunity*Take responsibility for functional skills and personal development

*To promote Pfizer range of cardiovascular products & antibiotic to healthcare professionals in an assigned territory*Achieve product wise, monthly, quarterly and annual target*To make effective use of product trials, literature and other promotional materials to gain recommendation and endorsement from current and potential healthcare professionals*Know the products. Undertake timely and effective implementation of company’s product promotion plan to enhance distribution penetration and improve visibility of Pfizer and its brands*Proactively manage and build customer relationships*Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties to achieve maximum sales results. I.e: CME, sales blitz, cafe talk*Manage and maintain Pfizer Value Program in related hospitals*Maintain good relations with the top hospitals so as to secure sales*Maintain records and send reports including daily and monthly reports, monthly sales forecast, monthly pre-call plan, itinerary, expense claims, orders and information about competitive products and activities*Make daily call average of not less than 8 calls on listed doctors; ensure weekly visit to the top customers who are rated as A & B.*Conduct doctors’ meetings for improving customer relations and company’s image*Select group of doctors or individual doctors who should be called for special doctors’ meeting.*Obtain feedback on market conditions and impact of promotional strategy affecting movement of Company’s products*Proactively undertake market research activity and promptly send market information or customer information*Mentoring and coaching of new sales representative, including territory management, product knowledge, functional paper work, selling skill and etc.
