I've always had an interest in beautiful and dynamic foods, which is why I decided to pursue a higher education in the food service industry. Since gaining more exposure and experience in the culinary realm I have set my sights on furthering my knowledge and skills in the Nutrition field to hopefully end up helping to solve global hunger issues, both locally and abroad. My dream is to help develop genetically engineered super-foods that will help sustain undernourished populations. I currently make specialty cakes on a freelance basis from my home when I'm not completing schoolwork or at my consistently paying job. I believe that, despite my pro-health ideals, I will always retain my fondness for beautiful sugary treats. I plan to find a way to mesh these loves of mine into a successful future and career.
