I have been involved in Mothers Against Drunk Driving for the past 4 years and am very excited for what the years to come have in store for us. MADD is a non for profit organization that helps with victim services for those who have been affected by Drunk Driving. Madd also works works in educating young adults of the affects of Drunk Driving. Our goal is to completely eliminate drunk driving for Washington State by 2015.

As Chief Production Officer I Develop contractual relationships by establishing initial contact with prospects to maintaining communication with current clients. Manage scheduling company wide, including planning service appointments for repairs, communicating with builders on a daily basis and coordinating work schedules with consideration to location, material allocation, and project specific data. • Gather and distributed material with respect to laws and regulations associated with City codes and building permits, and safety regulations. Facilitate the education of team members and guided them as projects proceeded to ensure that they were completed safely and legally.• Act as a key member in the development of a new system to manage and maintain construction permits which immediately decreased time allocation and capital expenses. Modules were created to act as a CRM interface for real-time data to be used for marketing purposes.

Responsible for systems maintenance, including deploying prewritten scripts, monitoring backup and security software, and responding urgently to triggered alarms and software alerts. Maintain client and prospect data, including financials, such as receiving payments in QuickBooks and continual update of client inventory lists. Support inside sales with the integration of new accounts and the focused distribution of marketing and other support materials and literature. Respond to all incoming calls, chat messages, emails, and manage the internal helpdesk ticketing system through a centrally managed software console. Oversee workflow and ticket distribution while managing multiple offsite technicians’ calendars and acting as dispatch.

Responsible for Loan processes and communication with buyer/ seller & Escrow to completion of closing. Other administrative duties such as answering phones, filing ect.
