The hospitality industry has shaped my knowledge of what it means to interact with people. Through eight years of experience in the industry, I have learned that not only is it necessary to serve your customers, but more importantly, create a strong and meaningful connection with your community. I have two years of managerial experience in my current position at Starbucks where I have advanced my skills in customer service. I am also a student at Arizona State University. I am extremely excited to move forward with my education in food and nutritional entrepreneurship.
