- solely responsible for all lifeguard staff -In charge of hiring lifeguards for the upcoming season along with training them - oversee the lifeguards and waterpark daily functions- Responsible for making sure head guards are trained and leading lifeguards daily - solely responsible for scheduling all lifeguards - making sure all safety procedures and protocols are being followed daily in the waterpark - assist in all cabana, reserved chair, and daybed sales - Assists in helping make sure all guest amenities are delivered properly upon the guests arrival- Helps put in payroll reports as needed - assists in other departments as needed - In charge of locking things up and running end of night reports as well as cash drops
