In my past, all of the jobs I have worked always go better when there is teamwork involved. I always say "teamwork makes the dream work", and although this might be cliche, it holds true in my past experiences. From collaborating with other gymnastics coaches to learn new ways to teach skills and to run a class, to collaborating with co-workers at Sunglass Hut to find the best pair of glasses for a customer, experiences can become much greater through collaboration. As everyone comes into a role with different life experiences, these differences lead to new ideas, perspectives, and alternatives. Most recently, my manager and I got a compliment from a customer saying how well we work together. This to me really highlights the importance of being on a good team, and in a position that you believe in. I always aim to be apart of a team that can work together, have a common goal, and produce a great outcome.
