Manager, Pharmacy Programs
CurrentProgram Development: Manage the creation of essential materials for health and pharmacy program initiatives, including letters/brochures, educational campaigns(Scam Prevention Project), and website content.PBM Invoicing: Facilitate bi-weekly review and approval of PBM invoicing, initiate wire transfers for PBM reimbursement, and ensure proper approval processes.Contractor and Consultant Coordination: Manage activities related to preparing, validating, and disseminating health-related program materials to beneficiaries, participating physicians, pharmacists, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.Collaboration with Senior Staff: Work closely with senior department staff, including the Department Director, Deputy Director, Medical Director, and Senior Pharmacy Program Manager, to ensure the accuracy of website information for health and pharmacy operations.Data Management and Reporting: Collect, analyze, manage, and report key program and operational metrics across all aspects of pharmacy programs to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Programs.Ad Hoc Reporting: Coordinate with the Pharmacy Benefit Manager to produce ad hoc reports for pharmacy programs and other services within the Operations & Program Development (OPD) Department. Assist with distributing reports to support Field Health Programs managing vaccination programs.Health and Wellness Promotion: Contribute to health and wellness promotion and disease prevention efforts, including materials preparation, program development, planning, implementation, management, and assessment. Serve as a liaison to internal and external healthcare professionals.Claims Audits: Will be a working as a part of the audit for incoming medical records for claims audits conducted by federal entities, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
