Previously, I was a Cafe Manager at eBay, where I developed and implemented new recipes, trained and supervised baristas, managed inventory and quality control, and increased seasonal profits by 30%. I have over seven years of experience in the service industry, where I have honed my skills in communication, customer service, teamwork, and leadership.
