Current•Onboarding new members, retention and maintaining quality customer service to RTOERO members •Provides accurate and efficient data entry service, including but not limited to, processing applications and updating members’ records •Works closely with our insurance provider, Johnson Insurance •Leads department initiatives/projects such as creating and maintaining the Member Services Department Operations Manual and training new hires •Assisting the Political Advocacy Committee in… Show more •Onboarding new members, retention and maintaining quality customer service to RTOERO members •Provides accurate and efficient data entry service, including but not limited to, processing applications and updating members’ records •Works closely with our insurance provider, Johnson Insurance •Leads department initiatives/projects such as creating and maintaining the Member Services Department Operations Manual and training new hires •Assisting the Political Advocacy Committee in creating agenda packages, setting up both Zoom and in-person meetings, ordering lunches, financial processing of invoices and purchase orders, taking notes, developing reports, processing of travel requests and acting as a direct liaison for the committee and senior management •Chairs and/or participates on committee meetings, special projects, meets with government officials (MP, MPP, MLA). Conducts research, prepares reports and creates presentations as required. •Actively participates and assists in external work events such as the Forum, Annual Meeting and Retirement Planning Workshops and conferences•Contribute to brainstorming sessions and write content for the bi-monthly Liaison eNewsletter Show less
