I also coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration between the union and the city administration, as well as between the police department and the courts. I have successfully negotiated multiple contracts, resolved numerous grievances, and processed hundreds of cases, achieving positive outcomes for the workers and the public. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I excel working independently.
