In this role, I manage cutting-edge digital health training programs, including the flagship Digital Health: Planning National Systems course, developed in collaboration with USAID, WHO, ITU, Digital Square, and other organizations. This program empowers ministry leadership with the technical concepts and planning tools necessary to steer and orient national digital health stakeholders towards an enterprise planning approach when planning digital health interventions in their countries. In just a few years, we have reached over 1000 course graduates in 90+ countries and 3 different languages. I oversee day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful course deliveries to achieve high-impact training outcomes. With a focus on course facilitation, curriculum development, project management, and stakeholder engagement, I also support business development and the creation of new initiatives, such as our Train the Trainer model, to expand the reach of the program.

In this role, I manage the development of public health training and education through our TechChange platform that lead to partner success and positive adult learning experiences. I am currently supporting the development of public health education for a series of eight COVID-19 courses highlighting important skills and strategies for community health workers in LMICs. The series is part of the COVID-19 digital classroom, which aims to leverage digital technologies to give community health workers the information they need to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in their communities. This project has been carried out through the collaboration of a consortium including UNICEF, Last Mile Health, CORE Group, Medical Aid Films, and Translators Without Borders.

Developed a curriculum and produced public health content for the COVID-19 Digital Classroom, which, with the collaboration of various international organizations, uses an elearning platform to deliver the course series to community-based health workers in lower- and middle-income countries.

Served as the Planning Chief for Johns Hopkins Medicine Unified Incident Command during their COVID-19 response. Built a volunteer force of 600+ individuals from the ground up and coordinated opportunities in call center triage, safety rounding, supply distribution, and warehouse production. Analyzed health system data to identify trends and address growing unmet needs.

Researching the Impacts of Attacks on Healthcare Consortium (RIAH): led key informant interviews in Spanish with government agencies, NGOs, and health care professionals in Bogotá, Colombia. Conducted qualitative data analysis to produce a scoping report and research proposal for a five-year project with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, University of Manchester, University of California Berkeley, and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. The aim of the project is to increase compliance with International Humanitarian Law pertaining to health care in areas of armed conflict.

Volunteer English teacher for 25 hours a week at the Instituto Bilingue Sagrada Familia in a small town in Córdoba Province, Argentina. Classes of up to 26 students were taught to primary (kindergarten-third grade) and secondary school (first-sixth year). I planned all lessons and activities for classes of various language levels.
