Worked with kids ages 6-16, both in and out of the cabin. Cultivated a safe and inclusive environment for the kids to grow and learn. Specifically worked as the lead counselor in dance and support staff in other activities.

Factory Systems Setup

Balanced scanning items quickly while also bagging groceries carefully. Problem solved in making substitutions for out-of-stock products and helped dissatisfied customers in selecting an alternative product.

Implemented several ideas to improve the shop such as rearranging for efficiency and created new menu items. Trained several new hires on all aspects of the job including register, scooping orders, cleaning and customer service.

Volunteer Program in which you lead activities with kids ages 6-16 both in and out of the cabin. This includes creating lesson plans for each activity you are in charge of, aiding other counselors in carrying out their own plans, and coming up with fun ways for kids to spend their summer.
