With Signature Health, I current source and recruit for quality candidates to join our Medical staff. The types of positions I recruit for range from LPNs and RNs (in Psychiatry and Primary Care) to Counselors, Patient Access Reps, Pharmacy Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and much more! All positions are centered around behavioral health but we offer so many services beyond that for the community.

This position was a promotion from working with ComDoc, who is owned by Xerox Business Solutions. I over see the recruiting needs for a large territory of mostly the Southeast region of the US as well as some states on the West Coast. I support hiring Service/Operations/Admin for 8 Xerox Cores and 8 States for Xerox directly.

Currently handling Recruiting non sales positions, all reporting for our Background Check and Drug Screens, benefits, ADP changes/terms, New Hire Orientation and Facilitation, Onboarding Paperwork, ReviewSnap, marketing materials, managing changes in EAutomate and Concur, approving expenses, taxable fringe, service incentive and many other tasks.Previously: In charge of all ComDoc hiring needs including Sales, Service and Admin; supporting 12 Branches, our Distribution Center, National Parts Reclamation Center and Corporate Headquarters. Including but not limited to recruiting, organizing/attending Career Fairs at Local Colleges, on boarding, orientation, designing presentations, marketing materials, training, new hire paperwork and interviewing/pre-screening among other tasks.
