Open for opportunity in Denver.I relocated to Denver to start a new path into Technology and Web Development. 2020 was the year of change and with that, brought a new path into Administrative work and Finance. While living in Denver, I have worked my way to a Customer Support Specialist and was promoted within to care for Catering Partner’s success with ezCater. My goal was to understand their needs and strategically locate ways to drive sales for all independently owned operators. All the while, learning ways to intricately fit their business needs into our network of Customers utilizing the ezCater service.The Covid-19 global pandemic brought my journey to a close with ezCater and I was able to continue growing my Customer Relations skills with another Boston startup, Drizly, Inc. Drizly’s exponential growth brought many folks to the team and I was glad I was given the opportunity to work alongside the coworkers I had.I worked to find an opportunity with Fidelity Investments as a Customer Relationship Advocate. I had the pleasure of ending my path in the High Net Worth role within the company.In November of 2023, I embarked on a new journey in B2B Lead Generation Sales with an Australian born, Denver based company. I enjoy working in this space where I can collaborate with my colleagues on reporting and various administrative tasks to tackle in my day.More about me:I approach every business relationship with one hundred percent driven white-glove customer service and my passion is to develop a strong connection with everyone I come to meet. Organizing, scheduling and reporting are three skills I pride myself on alongside a warm, positive disposition. In 2014, I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Music Business from Full Sail University. My education has inspired me to gain more knowledge even after graduation and professionally develop myself in an internet-driven administrative role. I strive to continue learning each day; incorporating subjects ranging from accounting to interpersonal relationships. When I first began my education, learning about music peaked my interest and the way business merges with such an intricate industry. In my past studies, my classmates and educators showed me to communicate in a team to reach common goals. I also learned I can never do enough research to support my goals. I plan to continue my education and specialize in Business Operations.My hobbies include hiking with our dog, playing with our 2 cats insatiably, traveling, live music and spending quality time with my significant other.

    I was in a team with the goal for improving and maintaining the health of our Partner network. We did so by completing an array of tasks and communicated daily with Partners. I monitored Inbound phone calls from those who needed immediate assistance with their accounts. During my phone calls, I hit objectives such as: account optimizations including educating our Partners with optimal settings to reach the maximum amount of ezCater customers and ultimately drove sales. with both Customers and Partners. My main purpose in my roles is to lend a helping hand to all. When our Customer Operations representatives had questions they were eager to learn, as I was. I have grown to be data driven to focus on the numbers our Partners were seeking and delving into more SQL charts. It was definitely a rewarding position I will always found joy in.
