Supported the coordination and integration of intelligence analysis of adversary capabilities with operational assessments of friendly capabilities in order to identify critical gaps in technology, plans and operations. Provided intelligence and operational support to J2, J3X, J34, J4, J5, J6 and J8 as part of INDOPACOM’s Strategy Coordination Cell (SC2), under the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD I&S) in support of National Security Presidential Memorandum—directed activity.

Responsible for security oversight of over 400 Intelligence professionals and support personnel located within Italy and Germany. Managed multiple compartmented security programs and provided staff assistance visits to subordinate organizations to advise commanders on implementing security protocols and risk management in a Military Intelligence Brigade. Supervised receipt, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information to support decision-making by high-level executives. Managed and trained a 20-person team on fusing multi-discipline reporting, analytical techniques, and assessment writing in support of the INDOPACOM region. Directly supported the USARPAC (U.S. Army Pacific) Commanding General (CG) and staff by producing intelligence summaries, white papers, and briefings. Provided quality control and assurance of all intelligence reports to satisfy requirements.
