●Third degree black belt instructor in Taekwondo. Started training in Taekwondo in 1997. Earned first degree in 2007. Second degree in 2011. Third degree in 2016.●Experience in Taekwondo, Capoeira, KukSul, Judo, Thai Chi, and Hapkido.●Passionate about women's self defense.●Worked directly with local schools conducting workshops on "Verbal Judo", a non-violent anti-bullying campaign.
