As the Founding Product Designer, took AEDIT from 0 to 1—from receiving legacy concept PDFs to building both a robust cross-platform experience and a fully staffed User Research & Product Design team.Led the in-house team of product designers and user researchers to create technology-driven medical aesthetic experiences for AEDIT digital properties including the desktop and mobile websites, The AEDIT iOS application, and the patented AEDITOR facial morphing experience for iOS, which leveraged 3D computer vision technologies, facial recognition, and machine learning. Established design standards, research practices, and brand guidelines for designers, researchers, and developers.Overhauled and standardized AEDIT's hiring process for the Technology Team and company at large.
