Managed several large-scale strategic projects aimed to help over +20 organizations improve customer experience and eliminate erroneous payments.Planned, developed, and provided training and staff development programs for +1,500 employees by conducting classroom training, demonstrations, and on-the-job training.Completed 60+ readiness assessments which included an evaluation of current procedures, shortcomings, overall effectiveness, and suggested corrective action.
