I am creative, scrappy, and inspired. I have a passion for crafting narratives, building brands, and fostering connections. ​Growing up fighting for computer time with my older brother, I became obsessed with Polyvore, a platform centered around layout and design, mainly intended for fashion. This was my first taste of branding and design. Through this platform, I not only honed my aesthetic eye but also cultivated connections with like-minded communities, learning from creators who inspired me. ​Transitioning into my high school and college years, I primarily worked as a waitress, until I recognized a gap in the marketing strategies in the restaurant I was employed at. I volunteered my time to craft content ideas to boost customer engagement and foot traffic. This dedication led me to secure a full-time role as the Marketing Manager where I became a versatile asset. I handled everything from managing social media channels to executing SEO strategies, overseeing paid ad campaigns, and organizing events ranging from live music performances to large-scale fundraisers. ​However, my thirst for creative expression and entrepreneurial spirit led me to launch my own venture, Untamed Thrift during my final year of college. Recognizing the environmental impact of fast fashion and the power of influencers in the industry, my goal was to promote conscious consumption by repurposing clothing that would otherwise end up in landfills. I managed every aspect of the business, from sourcing and curating products to content creation, customer engagement, and logistics. Although Untamed Thrift was not sustainable after my move to Kansas City following graduation, the experience taught me how to create a meaningful community, engage with target audiences, and juggle the endless tasks of creating/owning a business.​Now, I am thrilled to be starting the next chapter of my marketing journey, seeking a role where I can continue to learn and grow professionally while making a meaningful impact. With endless motivation, inspiration, and a hunger for knowledge, I am ready to take on new challenges and opportunities.
