Current- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and working with HR to onboard candidates across various departments.- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.- ATS System Implementation: Led the successful implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enhancing recruitment efficiency and streamlining candidate management.- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the recruitment team, including scheduling, documentation, and process optimization.- Contractor Management: Oversee the management of contractor relationships, including contract creation and compliance.
