Design, implement and maintain a Technology Partners' Integrated Talent Management System (ITMS) to support a positive employee development experience and drive business results. Manage all training assets including our content development and acquisition through 3rd party vendors. Develop and maintain comprehensive role/proficiency maps for employees. Continually analyze relevant data and take the appropriate actions to improve overall quality and effectiveness of learning programs. Serve as overall process manager. Ensure all processes are documented and a maturity score is maintained for each process. Ensure processes conform to company-wide standards by routinely assessing them for integrity. Support change management through both communication and training.
