After working for 6 years in the interior design industry, I joined Striata as a Sales Administrator in 2010 supporting the senior sales team. My organizational skills along with a can-do attitude turned into a quick promotion to Client Relationship Manager. Over the next few years I would develop strong communication skills while maintaining strong relationships with my clients. As Striata grew, my organization skills proved to be useful in understanding the need for standard documented processes that I implemented throughout the company. In 2017 I was promoted to Customer Success Analyst and began to work behind the scenes to develop and enhance the personalized and in-depth reporting we provided to our customers. I also consulted with the other client relationship managers to strategize account growth based on insights in the reporting data.In September 2020, Striata was acquired by Doxim, a leading provider of customer communications management and engagement technology, serving regulated markets. The joint strength of Striata and Doxim promises a world-class digital CCM platform and an expert team with a global reach. Quickly after the acquisition, I dove into learning about the expanded offering Doxim provided and found my true passion in product management. I am responsible for document generation across all Doxim. I am adept at writing stories, communicating with sales support and engineering teams to get features developed and deployed. My favorite part of my job is when I can simplify a previously complicated design.
