Working to make sustainable fuels for the aviation and maritime industries. Focused on sustainability, while supporting policy engagement, business development, and engineering design.

Serve as an Advisory Board member of the JetPerfect Foundation, whose mission is to "research and develop alternative energy sources for aviation and aerospace" and to make aviation sustainable and carbon-free. In this role, I support external communications, including the monthly newsletter and upcoming journal publication.

Serves as a working group participant to further the development of sustainable aviation fuel as a productive industry in Washington. The group provides recommendations and reports to the legislature and helped inform SB5447 which as enacted by the legislature of the State of Washington. This group's recommendations and report helped inform SB5447 - Promoting the alternative jet fuel industry in Washington and establish the working group through 2028.

Led energy and sustainability engineering consulting efforts with a focus on municipalities and higher education vertical markets in the state of Washington. Emphasis on decarbonization projects and Clean Building Performance Standards compliance.

Serve as chair of the Member Advisory Committee for regional Energy Co-Op providing member insight and feedback to Board of Directors and internal decision makers. Served as chairwoman of the On-Bill Financing Task Force Committee to provide recommendations to the board about on-bill financing options for energy savings upgrades and improvements for commercial and residential co-op members.

Consultant at LONG Building Technologies. Serving the state of Alaska by providing energy services, building automation systems, and mechanical services. Particular focus in sustainability, energy efficiency, and LEED projects for commercial buildings. Building Automation System design work and estimation for Distech and KMC Controls. Grew Fairbanks office and northern Alaska region while employed at LONG, and implemented energy efficient clean air solutions for commercial buildings in light of COVID-19.

Served as a construction representative for the State of Alaska's Energy Authority. Worked to get Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) in Alaska. Participated in roundtable discussions of affordable energy and sustainable building practices.

Working for the Energy Jobs Strategy Council under Senior Advisors to the Secretary of Energy, and working with Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs on projects regarding energy infrastructure and jobs creation in rural United States.

Serve as co president of Washington State University Alumni Association - Alaska chapter

The Student Regent represents all WSU students (Pullman, Tri-Cities, Spokane, Vancouver, Everett, and Global Campus) holds full rights and voting privileges granted to all members of the Washington State Board of Regents, with the exception of votes on matters relating to the hiring, discipline, or tenure of faculty members and personnel. The Student Regent is selected by a body of their peers and appointed by Washington State Governor Jay Inslee to serve in the position for a one year term.

Course facilitator for a one-credit introduction course focusing on resources, research opportunities, and STEM education at Washington State University. Taught 15 freshmen, developed course content, planned guest speakers, graded assignments, provided support to students.

Student Representative for Energy Co-Operative. Attended meetings across the Western United states with other representatives and learned about energy conservation, power distribution, and member communication. I also gave presentations to the local co-op board, members, and student groups after coming back from regional meetings, and provided reports after each meeting about what was discussed and how it related to energy co-operatives in Alaska.
