INTL Account Management & Customer Operations Manager

• Assists in processing new, interested and client referred Appraiser applications through AXIS’ vetting procedure.• Lead in creating and maintaining exclusionary lists to ensure all new additions to the panel meet the requirements and expectations set by Individual AXIS lenders.• Assists in handling all inquiries to the state of licensure and appraisal subcommittee, assuring credentials are current and in good standing.• Providing a thorough assessment of an applicants requested coverage area, competency, and specialized skills• Verification of applicant’s certificate of E&O insurance, and documents.• Assists in monitoring the new appraiser’s state board activity to ensure competency and quality of work after initial vetting process.• Maintains Axis Mercury fee panel and database systems to ensure all documents from Axis panel appraisers are current.• Coordinates projects with suppliers and vendors to develop a strong working relationship between Axis and their panel members• Serves as point of contact between clients and internal operations, as well as works to coordinate and follow up actions taken by panel members.• Assists in monitoring the performance of vendors and reports on who Axis’ panel top and lowest performers are.• Serves as point of escalation for clients and vendors to Director of Vendor Management when needed.
