I joined MBA Energy & Industrial in January of 2022 as the Office Administrator. After a few months with the company I was given the opportunity learn more about our business by working as a Project Coordinator supporting our Operations team by processing billings, invoices and managing documents in compliance with our contracts. This year I happily accepted a new opportunity within the organization as Administrative Director, handling the organizations recruitment and HR functions. Working for MBA has allowed me the chance to work alongside a high caliber team with a diverse background and skillset, in an environment that fosters teamwork, comradery and professional growth. In my latest role with MBA, I have discovered my passion for people, and reaffirmed my investment in the success of our company and our team as a whole. I've had the chance to learn a great deal about our industry and the roles and specific skillsets it takes to make our operation successful. The challenge of seeking and discovering uniquely qualified and talented individuals to grow our team makes every day exciting and different. I enjoy meeting with people and learning in detail about the unique paths taken that bring people to our door. Taking the time to meet with potential future colleagues and find out what motivates them, their goals and what makes them unique is the highlight of my position.I currently live in Magnolia, Texas with my husband, Josh and two daughters, Avelyn and Alaina. When I'm not engaged with current and future employees, you can find me refinishing old furniture, fishing on the beach with the family, catching a live show or indulging in a true crime podcast.
