Senior Director, Client Experience
Current- Lead, manage and empower the Client Services team in the delivery of excellent service and solutions - Develop and mentor client services team to ensure rigorous application of research methodologies, strategy and activation tools - Drive repeat and referral growth through thoughtful relationship development and optimizing the client experience - Develop & deploy strategy offerings to help clients harness the power of human truth in order to transform their brands and organization- Spearhead organization-wide internal culture building with the People Department through refining and operationalizing new policies, DEI strategy, talent acquisition and team-building efforts- Foster joy, purpose and trust of team members through relationship building, engagement efforts and internal culture strategy
