Manage all inquiries & sales leads for Center415 (32,000 square foot event venue) and Iron23 (17,000 square foot event venue) which range from conferences, product launches, galas, meetings, experiential events and fashion shows.Create and design venue and company outreach material: informational PDFs, e-mailings, books, collages, decks etc. These are used for marketing as well as sales purposes.Negotiate venue rental rates and contract terms.Manage client accounts and client relationships -- worked with a variety of clients including but not limited to: Univision, Planned Parenthood, The Atlantic, Verizon, Ipsy etcEstablish relationships with different vendors (AV, caterers, furniture rental companies)Collaborate with Operations Director to handle event logistics and event productionMaintain company website
