-Organize approximately 20 Professional Learning Conferences per year for Educators of Michigan’s ISDs, working with project leads to plan and schedule content, time slots, and speakers for each event.-Responsible for arranging event details, overnight accommodations, catering, and audio-visual needs for events ranging in size from 40 to 500 people.-Exercise detail orientation while reviewing contracts and negotiating with vendors to achieve most favorable terms as well as supporting project reporting and evaluation activities.

-Successfully guide students into the experience of college culture and academic level learning by holding weekly group study skill sessions.-Assist students who are concerned with time management, access to support services, skill development, and developing effective college level study habits by leading guided practice sessions.-Provide opportunities to guide students towards the habits and skills of a successful college experience that can be crucial for early success by serving as a positive and encouraging role model.

-Serving to bridge the gap between Albion College and the community of Albion.-Participated in a plentiful amount of community service projects including park cleanups and helping in events.-Helped coordinate and develop an organic garden during Summer 2021 that serves families in the community under supervision.-Exercised the significance of deadlines, organization, and planning.

-Assisted professor with preparing materials and setting up studios for 3-D art class.-Provided feedback and encouragement on 12 students’ projects.-Helped students develop art projects into successful art forms using clay, wood, and various sculpture techniques.

-Exercised leadership and time management skills by working directly with the Director of Artist’s Programs and the Community Programming Coordinator to provide exhibition support with installations, marketing, proposal drafting, website editing, producing labels, and communication among artists.-Provided event support for the Philadelphia Open Studio Tours throughout the city including material distribution, event set up and tabling, and artist support during events and online via Remo.-Performed administrative work that include managing applications and press lists, editing our website, and creating multiple online shops servicing local artists to sell their artwork via Shopify

-Assisted the TPC Career and Placement Director and Recruiter with executing campaigns, supporting social media and digital marketing to ensure that there is brand awareness and aggressive recruitment outreach for prospective students and help engage current students.-Created content calendars, developed and distributed text and video-based content, monitored social media channels, and supported promotional and marketing efforts that generated TPC awareness locally and nationally with our students, community partners, and broader TPC networks
