My story began as a curious biology major fascinated by the interplay of physiology, psychology, and environmental factors. This led me to learn more about system and organizational design from a public health perspective, which gave me a broad view on how to problem solve with multidisciplinary teams. Throughout my career, I became passionate about creating effective partnerships and collaborations, embracing innovation and leveraging technology to thoughtfully design products that make our communities happier and healthier. I thrive in intersecting spaces and communicating messages to different audiences. I excel at bridging others across diverse teams and perspectives to solve problems.I currently partner with clinicians and administrators across the region as a Program Development Manager at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, to grow our Women's and Children's programs and services to meet patient needs across NorCal from the Central Valley to the Oregon border. My projects are both local and system spanning, allowing me to see how every project, no matter the size, contributes to overarching organizational goals.
