My responsibilities as a resident assistant include looking out for the well-being of 30+ freshmen residents through creating community engagement programs, handling and documenting any serious incidents, mediating conflicts, performing duty rounds/clerical tasks, and simply being available to them if there are any concerns.

As a clerical assistant for Rowan University's Department of Human Resources I have assisted with typical clerical tasks, such as mailing, copying, filing documents, destroying files, and data input. I also assist in putting together Rowan University's annual employee service awards. Additionally, I have done a lot of work with PES/PARS documents and the coinciding New Jersey database. Other systems I have become familiar with Rowan's banner HR system, specifically its NBAJOBS, PDADEDN, PEAEMPL, and PPAIDEN functions.

As an intern at McWane Ductile - New Jersey I assisted the current HR staff in rolling out new improvement programs, such as creating and conducting 360 degree interviews for supervisors, adding a mental health focus to the company's health and safety standards, and developing the "Ductile Dollars" employee spot incentive program. Some additional large-scale opportunities I have had included assisting in Union contract negotiations, updating the employee handbooks, and assisting with tasks related to moving McWane Ductile - New Jersey's open enrollment over to an online platform.

As a photographer and sales person for Mom365 my job was to go to the maternity ward in the Hunterdon Medical Center and photograph newborn babies and their families in 8 different poses. I was then responsible for selling various packages to the families based on their needs.
