Coordinator for the TRAIL (Taking Responsible Actions in Life) project funded in 2015 by the Office of Adolescent Health. TRAIL is a multi-tiered, comprehensive approach to teen pregnancy prevention. Focused on the impact of positive school climate for student-teacher relationships and students' connectivity to schools. Through this project, teachers, staff, and administration were trained on trauma-informed and resiliency-focused practices. Also, we brought the conversation of ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) to the forefront of school staff and administration. Worked with school leadership to develop individualized programming specific to school needs.
