- Charted Full Cycle’s commercialization strategy with techno-economic, engineering and technology transfer milestones, which included timelines, success criteria and risk registers- Deployed waterfall and agile workflows using Smartsheet to ensure essential information efficiently moved through the technology organization, from R&D to Engineering to ExecutivesContract Manufacturing Project- Facilitated the due diligence of 10+ contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and toured facilities to inform equipment lists and project plans- Liaised with a Colorado-based CMO to transfer and scale Full Cycle’s technology through review of a tech transfer package and scopes of work Techno-economic Model Project- Partnered with Hawkwood Biotech to manage the build-out of a techno-economic model based in Excel- Launched and facilitated the development of COGS targets to inform technology and business strategies- Integrated the new model into existing R&D and engineering workflows to drive experimentation and engineering decisions towards an economically viable technology

- Managed the Front End Engineering (FEL-2) design of Full Cycle’s first commercial facility in New Zealand for our first technology licensee - Aligned internal and external stakeholders through weekly cross-departmental meetings, Smartsheet dashboards and Gantt charts- Managed stakeholder’s expectations with clear, concise goals, priorities and risk registers - Recruited and led a team of process engineers and an external engineering firm to complete the design

- Operationalized Full Cycle’s first demonstration facility in Mountain View, CA - Onboarded operators and developed “Full Cycle University”, a robust training program for the facility and on-site analytical laboratory- Authored standard operating procedures, sampling protocols and data tracking tools- Led pilot scale production and developed anaerobic fermentation methods

- Management of ELAP certified water toxicity lab’s clients, schedules, training, audit, inventory, data entry and day-to-day tasks to enable a productive and efficient lab- Conducted NPDES permit regulatory compliance for 11 coastal generating stations with routine boat/fieldwork including water quality, construction monitoring and ecosystem sampling- Performed extensive fieldwork in Bishop, CA for microbial source tracking in the local watershed

-Conducted numerous surveys among local enforcement agencies to further understand why, how and when illegal actions occur between humans and hauled-out elephant seals -Analyzed and reported data to NOAA’s Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary to promote effective management efforts between humans and on-shore elephant seals-Synthesized literature and collaborated with shore whaling experts to obtain valid and wholesome information to develop educational signs for an exhibit about San Simeon, CA’s rich shore whaling history

- Collaborate with professors, graduate students, and other team members to further understand the effects of UV radiation upon embryonic development of the purple sea urchin- Inform the public through outreach programs about local fisheries, coastal anthropogenic effects, and the sea star wasting disease- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of aquarium space and the flowing seawater system on Cal Poly’s pier

- Prepare lesson plans for a lab-based marine plants class to allow for a learn-by-doingenvironment- Assist the professor during coastal field activities by interacting with students to helpdifferentiate and classify coastal marine plants- Production of field guide curriculum that captures coastal marine plant species through photos, basic facts, and key characteristics

- Created and implemented field methods to further understand the impact of invasive veldt grass upon kangaroo rat feeding patterns- Responsible for setting traps and cameras, identifying species, handling, sexing, aging, and marking of kangaroo rats- Systematic teamwork with professors and graduate students to carry out experimentation in an efficient and accurate manner
