Digi-Bridge sparks interest and passion in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) learning, ensuring students have the opportunities and skills to succeed in a rapidly-changing world by fostering curiosity, creativity, exploration, persistence, and resilience.

Lead professional development trainings on gender-equitable teaching strategies in STEM to educators, community members, parents and more. Using the SciGirls Strategies, researched and published by SciGirls out of TpT in St. Paul, MN and funded by NSF, we work to engage more girls and women in STEM.

•Managed all programmatic functions (logistics, admissions, hiring, recruitment, curriculum, partnerships) of a summer STEM Academy on University campuses in Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, CA (6 campuses in total) for 2,000 participants annually•Scaled model from 2 to 6 national sites in three years and developed operational and system playbooks•Recruited, hired, trained and managed 60+ seasonal employees (college through career) on gender-equitable teaching strategies and NGSS aligned curriculum•Developed relationships with corporate and family foundations and corporations to fundraise capital to support capacity and scholarships•Established community, school, and university partnerships in Charlotte and Southern California to promote new programs and diversity in STEM for a school to career pipeline•Ensured student success in programs through deep relationships with families from diverse backgrounds
