One is a replication study on women who are primed with threat.• Coding and narrative qualitative analyses of a dataset on social exclusion• I piloted one survey on maternal uncertainty and genetic testing and another for a post-doctorate, Dr. Michael Barlev, on the implications of race and identity related to illness as part of an NSF grant related to COVID 19 research. This last study focused on stereotypes about illness and fine cognitive processes that are involved in how we access threats.• Piloted further tests on affordance testing and what characteristics groups are looking for in their members. Additional study on social exclusion and signals in-groups give to problematic members. This was followed up by a metastudy on the interpretation of thisstudy.• Continue to review and test several surveys that are then used on Prolific and on undergraduate students for the lab for time and types/errors.• Conducted research trials over Zoom on a weekly lab.• Completed literature reviews on topics ranging from righteous indignation to affordance management to AI in evolutionary social psychology.• Contributed research, input, and reviews to weekly lab meetings.• Presentation to lab on affordance management in and on threat bias.

Girl Icons Director Of Programs
In 2015, we received 2,000 applications from girls across Uttar Pradesh, India. To date, we have received 15,000 from across the states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.Rajni from Sitapur District bikes 60 km to school every day. Vandana was the first in her village to go to school and fought to educate her sisters even while her father planned her marriage. Gazella works to eradicate purdah in her community and follows her dreams to become a dancer despite the stigma.Each of these girls represents one of our Girl Icon Fellows. An agent of change, working with their peers, to create more inclusive and equal societies.Girl Icon Fellows work on strengthening access to quality education, giving girls a voice, and transforming society for adolescent girls internationally. Our core program is currently conducted in India where we work with girl changemakers from marginalized backgrounds who are seeking to raise their voices to create a more inclusive world, but we are incorporated as a 501(c)3 in Chicago, USA.
