In working at Orangetheory Fitness I have developed exceptional computer skills using Excel and Office. Sales is an every day task where I have learned how to communicate and build rapport very quickly with anyone who walks through our door. I have also learned more about advertisement and marketing. Part of my daily task includes going to other companies offering deals for new people to come and experience Orangetheory. My success rate in converting members has been recognized regularly.

Daily job function includes running the front desk, planning and executing events within the studio and outside of the studio, membership sales, membership retention, customer service, customer contracts, marketing, cold calls, business to business marketing, general office duties, managed client accounts, daily reports, managing revenue. Managed and ran an entire pre-sales. As well as, planned and hosted a successful Grand Opening event with vendors from local businesses.
