Enterprise Holdings and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, car-sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and other transportation services. There are more than 2 million vehicles in Enterprise Holdings' global fleet. Personally, I have played a key role within customer service and logistics. As a Logistics Coordinator, my duties consist of but aren't limited to:- Being the primary contact for various departments. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts and team members. - Assisting the sales team in various capacities. - Entering and monitoring deliveries (data entry) .

Perform administrative and accounting functions. - Answer the phones and assist customers with all questions and concerns. - Schedule pick up/drop offs and make reservations for customers. - Create and reconcile invoices. - Support management teams within Enterprise, and Mercedes dealerships. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Create a fun atmosphere and make sure all guests feel welcome. - Take orders and enter into point-of-sale system. - Process both credit card and cash payments. - Maintain ongoing knowledge of menu and new items. - Manage time wisely and make sure all guests get appropriate attention. - Resolve conflicts in a professional manner and settle disputes.
