As the founding designer of Lyft’s Safety & Insurance teams, which now encompass Community Safety, Road Safety, and Risk Solutions (Insurance), I led design initiatives utilizing in-depth user research and technology to solve complex real-world problems that drivers and riders experience. I led efforts to design + ship a full suite of safety and emergency tooling for Lyft users, including improved safety reporting, 911 calling, Emergency Help powered by ADT, Smart Trip Check-In, and Share Location. I also spearheaded the design effort for Lyft's COVID-19 response, designing and shipping a v1 experience that set industry-wide Health Safety Standards in less than 8 weeks.

Snug is a daily check-in service for seniors living alone, used by seniors across the country to empower independence, with peace of mind. With over 300,000 check-ins, it is a vital daily service for our aging population. Featured in AARP Magazine, Aug/Sept 2019. Currently available on Android & iOS.

"Design Co-Founder for hire" for up and coming SAAS startups. Worked closely with clients using the Design Sprint methodology to define objectives and identify problems, conduct UXR, and deliver high quality design solutions that furthered business goals.

Oversaw design aspects for the entire Houzz product. Led the creation and maintenance of features used by upwards of 14,000,000 unique users per month–including positioning strategy, wireframing, copywriting, experience and interaction design, and visual design. Coordinated engineering resources and bridged the gap between product/community and engineering departments.
