Current• Managed the surface specialty chemical program across all Aera assets comprising of ~300 applications• Led regular meetings with operations and chemical partners to review surface chemical performance, increased ownership and accountability, and cultivated a data driven chemical program• Participated in troubleshooting chemical problems and RCFAs and assisted in providing chemical recommendations for plant upsets• Identified improvement opportunities and collaborated with key stakeholders to drive and implement cost savings concepts with a >$1 MM/year impact • Expedited the process to safely transition all ~60 Belridge surface specialty chemical applications to reduce time to completion by 5 months allowing savings to be realized sooner • Challenged winter chemical rate strategy by proposing a performance and data driven approach resulting in ~$0.230 MM/year in cost savings and cost avoidance • Devised a process of integrating contractor gathered data with an internal database allowing for KPI trend visibility used to evaluate performance and identify further opportunities • Spearheaded an effort to eliminate ~$0.100 MM/year worth of chemical from marginally economic wells • Collaborated with a new vendor that could potentially result in a $0.100 MM/year cost savings
