As the Tradeshow and Events Manager, I am responsible for the planning, coordination and database management for internal and external events including conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and Account-Based Marketing efforts. This effort resulted in the development of pre/post/onsite event processes to ensure a best in class customer experience. I also developed pre/post communications and promotional activities to increase awareness, engagement, and attendance at the events.Additionally, I manage the marketing deliverables and outcomes of our strategic partnerships and associations to ensure all marketing events are optimized for high booth traffic and prospecting engagement. I have also planned and coordinated the logistics of over 75+ tradeshows, webinars, 1:1 prospecting meetings, staff representation, branding, thought leadership, hosted functions and lead generation.In SFDC, I am responsible for campaign setup, database management and ROI tracking of all leads resulting from tradeshows, conferences, dinner events, and all demand generation activities related to the events. In addition to my role as the Tradeshow and Events Manager, I served as the Interim Marketing Manager. As the Interim Marketing Manager, I was responsible for development of webinar topics, titles and descriptions, email marketing campaigns and digital advertising efforts. Additionally, I helped coordinate the set up and management of campaigns in GoToWebinar and Hubspot.

In this role, I was responsible for creating and sending out speaker kits, speaker agreements and exhibitor kits for assigned conferences. I prepared onsite materials including program guides and evaluations. In addition, I also created event timelines, manage hotel room blocks, negotiated Audio Visual prices, communicate meeting room sets, finalize BEO's with CSM, send out RFPs for prospective events and negotiate/contract hotel meeting space.I worked closely with the sales, marketing and production team to ensure successful executions of our events.

As a Lead Tri State Trek Intern, I was responsible for the advertising and operational projects related to the Tri State Trek 2014 road race. This included coordinating proper and visible signage for all bikers throughout the race, volunteer coordination and logistics including F&B and lodging.
