I am a ministry director leading a team of campus ministers in a parachurch ministry context. I lead the team in both vision and training as I develop and implement strategic plans for ministry. I am skilled in leadership development, training, mentoring, management, volunteer coordination, written communication, and public speaking. I'm passionate about developing teams, equipping ministry leaders to excel, teaching the Bible, making disciples for Christ and mentoring others to be disciplemakers. I also serve as a lay leader in a local church context currently serving or having served in women's ministry, discipleship, Bible study, community groups, and children’s ministry.
