Manage the communications, public outreach and awareness of the agency as well as coordinate the development program and high quality special events. Initiated significant improvements to establish & streamline processes, increase visibility, enhance the quality of the festival experience, reduce waste and increase profits. Expertly managed licensing/permitting applications for City and State requirements. Coordinated media coverage which resulted in significant increase in both pre-festival press and event coverage and provided interviews. Successfully managed more than 260 volunteers. Responsible for all logistics related, but not limited, to breweries, vendors, food, ticket sales & promotions, sponsors, seminar presenters, bands, venue, service providers and inventory. Created copy for ads & website and established strong social network presence. Coordinated Festival prize programs resulting in more than 400 giveaways. Increased Dinner with the Brewers attendance by approximately 75%.

Worked with the US Dept. of Justice to produce the largest national conference for law enforcement and prosecutors working to combat internet crimes. Created a training opportunity for attendees which included the General Assembly, lectures, computer training sessions and a tradeshow of available technology. Marketed the conference to key leadership and decision makers across the country working at the federal, state and local levels.

Wrote and edited feature articles for magazines, news releases, and web page content for businesses.

Managed statewide public affairs programs for Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
