Alyssa is a passionate Information Security professional spearheading the day to day operational tasks as well as long term engineering projects for multiple Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Maturity, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) enumeration, providing tier II support to interns during investigations and training on various software. Her tenacity, persistence, and SIEM achievements earned her the STAR award from Geographic Solutions Inc. in June of 2024. Alyssa thrives on evolving professionally by learning new skills and software when provided the opportunity via cross departmental training or independent study.Throughout the years she has lead various roles in the hospitality, customer service, business, and healthcare industries. These experiences have supported and encouraged growth as an individual and a team member, allowing her to polish and perfect soft skills such as; exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, written/communication skills, organization, detail oriented, and cultural awareness.
