I am a graduate of Camden County College with an Associates degree in Applied Science Health Information Technology. ImMy background includes data entry, coding CPT, ICD-10, and ICD-10-PCS. I also have strong communication skills with patients and other health care professionals all while applying HIPAA rules. My past position at Fox Rehabilitation involved working with the geriatric community. I called physicians’ offices to obtain orders to provide physical, occupational and speech therapies. I also contacted patients to update them about the status of their care, obtain missing information needed to admit the patient and educate them on what to expect with their treatments. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I can learn fast and adapt well to change.
