Enforcement InternMassachusetts Commission Against Discrimination Jun 2013 - Aug 2013Ms. Sheets created government documents known as dispositions, public records of the probable cause determinations of complaints processed by the Commission. She also interpreted the law with counseling of enforcement supervisors at both the state and federal level (specifically M.G.L. c. 151B (4), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, and the ADEA as amended in 1990,) to determine probable cause of discrimination for each assigned case file. Additionally, Ms. Sheets conducted complaint intakes during weekly intake shift, and met with complainants face-to-face and helped them draft/file complaints with the Commission.
