As the Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Whole Foods Market, I work every day to make Whole Foods Market the unique and special place it is today. My goal is to deliver a promise that every customer is getting the highest quality, best flavor, and most efficacious products available whenever they walk into one of our 550 stores worldwide. In my 20 years plus of experience in this field, I have honed my skills across various product categories and merchandising disciplines such as product selection, supplier partnerships, promotional planning, pricing, presentation, exclusive brands, and inventory planning. I am motivated by the intersection of purpose, people, and product, and strive to incorporate these values into everything I do.In my current role, I oversee Grocery, Wellness, General Merchandise, Local Merchandising, Sourcing and Product Development. My team’s work in merchandising is the foundation of Whole Foods' core values, and I take pride in ensuring every product on our shelves meets our industry-leading quality standards.
