Account Manager•Responsible for identifying, prospecting, cold calling, networking and securing business opportunities to maximize new revenue growth in my specific geographic territory. •Responsible for business development and client relationship management by setting and attending meetings with clients on a daily basis and providing excellent customer service•Experienced with lead generation and online research•Acted as a liaison between managers and potential candidates throughout the interview and hiring process•Responsible for managing, training, and developing recruiters and new hiresRecruiter•Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and qualifying candidates according to specifications provided by various clients, staffing 75% of the Fortune 1,000 companies and 400 of the Fortune 500 companies for contract and contract to hire positions•Conduct daily sourcing activities on a national and regional scale for experienced candidates, technical and non-technical, ranging from entry level to Director level, specializing in Information Technology and Operations, and extending to Business, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Creative, Marketing and Communications, and Administrative•Use oral and written communication skills to create and edit job descriptions and then execute a rigorous 4 tier screening process for each candidate, including 2 technical phone screens, in person interview, performing 2-3 managerial reference checks, and reviewing all information with the appropriate Account Manager•Experience with employee benefits, compensation, salary negotiation and Payroll. Within this, perform completion of I9 Employer Screening through ADP and utilization of ADP, American Background, and LexisNexis for background screenings and credit checks, as well as administering Qualysis 10-Panel Drug Screens
