As a Sr. Manager, Learning at ISACA, I lead a team of instructional designers and developers to create engaging and effective learning solutions for the global IT audit, governance, risk, and cybersecurity professionals. I hold a Master Instructional Designer credential from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and I have completed multiple certifications in scenario-based e-learning, finance, and management. With more than 10 years of experience in the HR and learning field, I have contributed to the design, development, and delivery of over 50 courses, webinars, and podcasts, reaching over 10,000 learners worldwide. I am passionate about applying the latest research and best practices in instructional design, adult learning, and technology to enhance the learning outcomes and satisfaction of our diverse and dynamic audience.
